Production workshop
Founded on July 28, 2011, the company has a registered capital of RMB 30 million and production workshops spanning 12,000 square meters. We specialize in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of discrete semiconductor devices, with a complete product line covering diodes, triodes, MOSFETs and integrated circuits. All products comply with EU RoHS standards. We have introduced full sets of automatic production equipment, including DISCO dicing saws, high-speed wire bonders and die attach machines as well as test handlers from ASM, moulds from HIPASS, molding presses from Fuji Sanjia, test machines manufactured by Japan Juno, and laser marking systems supplied by Germany All-tec. Equipped with mature and advanced packaging processes, we deliver products featuring stable quality and outstanding consistency.We warmly welcome customers at home and abroad to visit us or mail inquiries.
